A small, friendly restaurant, off the beaten track and well worth finding. We had a delicious meal, sampling the spring rolls, shrimp curry, tenderloin steak and, mouthwatering of all, the peanut butter ice cream. All presented beautifully and with a truly personalized service. Not fussy or pretentious, just cooked expertly and with passion. Cariba is only 10 minutes south of Holetown, not on the beach, but to be honest you wouldn’t notice as you would be concentrating on the dining experience. Great value for money too. Highly recommended!
