With a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, we at Cariba offer “modern Caribbean cuisine with an Asian twist. ” Internationally trained Executive Chef / Owner, Glen Bent has worked in five-star establishments all over the world including the prestigious, Sandy Lane Hotel. Since Glen and his lovely wife Faye opened Cariba in 2008 here in Barbados, they have earned a loyal following of repeat clients. Glen’s novel flair in the kitchen, coupled with Faye’s warmth & hospitality, and the support of a friendly and professional team makes Cariba a favourite with our residents and visiting gourmet food lovers.
